1 Application form available at our Authorized Test Centre (ATC) or Kota Head Office.
2 Fill all the relevant columns of the application form.
3 You may also download application form from our website www.vibrantacademy.com
4 Attach the following with the application form
  • Attested copies of 10/12 class mark sheets (As applicable)
  • 2 Passport size colour photographs.
  • Bank demand draft of course fee (as applicable), Please insure that the DD should be in favour of “ Vibrant Academy (India) Pvt. Ltd.” payable at Kota (Raj.). Student should write his/her name and Ph. No. on the back side of DD.
  • Students falling in category (A-H) in fee details table must submit attested copy of relevant document as proof.
